Conditions for Participation in the MSc
Required Supporting Documents
- Application form.
- Copy of degree/diploma or Graduation Confirmation Certificate.
- Official academic transcript.
- Detailed curriculum vitae (CV).
- Evidence of any research or professional activities (if available).
- Letters of recommendation (optional).
- Copy of a postgraduate degree (if applicable).
- Publications in peer-reviewed journals (if available).
- Photocopy of both sides of the national ID card.
- Certificate of English language proficiency (B2 level or higher, or equivalent qualifications such as TOEFL, IELTS).
The selection process for the Postgraduate Program (MSc) is based on objective and transparent criteria, as defined in the relevant Government Gazette (FEK). The table below presents the evaluation criteria, their descriptions, and the relative weight of each criterion in the final score.

Language and Special Cases
Graduates of English-speaking universities are exempt from submitting an English language proficiency certificate. In the absence of such a certificate, the Coordinating Committee may determine how to assess English language proficiency.
Submission Procedure
Applications and the required supporting documents must be submitted to the Secretariat of the MSc Program within the deadline specified in the call for expressions of interest.
